Kareena Kapoor Diet plan

(To be followed for a month) Morning 2 glasses warm water with lime and ginger juice, 1 cup herbal tea, 1 bowl of fruits. (Apple, orange, melon, papaya, pear, pomegranate.

11:00 am: 1 glass vegetable juice (made from tomato, doodhi, mint and coriander leaves)

Lunch jowar or nachni roti, 1 cup vegetables, 1 cup dal, 1 bowl salads

Evening 1 cup herbal tea or black tea with lemon and a small helping of any low calorie diet snacks or soy biscuits available at health food stores.
6.30pm 1 fruit and 4 to 5 almonds

Dinner(Before 8:30pm) 1 bowl of steamed sprouts
(or rajma, boiled chana or sauted tofu).

How to lose weight

1. Drink a glass of lemon mixed with honey in the morning.
2. For breakfast, go for cereals and milk
3. Mix green leafy vegetables and fruits in your daily intake.
4. Follow yoga particularly pranayam
5. Take a brisk walk of 30 minutes atleast 3 times a week
6. Drink lot of water
7. Keep dinner as less as possible, however do not completely skip it
8. Meditate
9. Remove rice from your food intake.
10. Play any outdoor sport that you like atleast twice a week

Harley-Davidson Topper

The Topper had a 165 cc (10.1 cu in) single-cylinder two-stroke engine mounted horizontally between the floorboards.[1] The engine required a premixed gasoline/oil mixture. The starter was of the rope-recoil type similar to lawnmowers[1][7] or the Lambretta E model.[8] Unlike most scooters with enclosed engines, the Topper's engine did not have a cooling fan.[1][4][5] It was expected that the low, horizontally-mounted engine would be cooled by air passing under the scooter,[1] but some Toppers developed overheating problems.[4] The engine used a reed valve in its induction system.[2]

The Habal Habal is a unique motorcycle that can seat many people. The simpler versions seat 4-5 people, with a seat that extends over the back wheel, while the more complex type of Habal Habal can seat up to thirteen people and their luggage with the addition of wooden planks acting as benches.

Star Navigation

Lots of people love the idea of finding direction and navigating using the stars, but are put off because they fear it is complicated. It does not need to be complicated at all, it is something you can learn to do in minutes. In fact finding direction using the stars is much quicker and easier than using a compass. It is also a lot more fun.
Imagine one night you arrange to meet a friend under a lamppost on the other side of a gentle hill. As you walk towards your friend you would see the light appear over the brow of the hill, long before your friend became visible. You would know exactly what direction they were, even though you could not see them. This is the simple concept behind using the stars to find our way at night.
The stars can act as our lampposts.
All we need do is find a star that is directly above the place we need to get to and it will point exactly the right direction for us, from quarter of the globe away. If you called a friend on the telephone who was in another country a few thousand miles away, and you asked them to name the star that was directly over their head, you could then find that star in the night sky and the point on the horizon directly below that would be their exact direction from you at that moment. Unfortunately, a few minutes later that star would have moved and so you would need a new one. It would take a lot of phone calls to use this method with most stars! Fortunately there is one star in the night sky that does not appear to move. It is called Polaris, or the North Star.
The easiest method for finding the North Star is by finding the ‘Plough’, an easy to identify group of seven stars. It is known as the ‘Big Dipper’ to the Americans and the ‘saucepan’ to many others. Next you find the ‘pointer’ stars, these are the two stars that a liquid would run off if you tipped up your ‘saucepan’. The North Star will always be five times the distance between these two pointers in the direction that they point (up away from the pan). True north lies directly under this star.
Name
The ‘Plough’ rotates anti-clockwise about the North Star, so it will sometimes appear on its side or even upside down. However its relationship with the North Star never changes and it will always dependably point the way to it.
The reason the North Star is so important for natural navigation is that it sits directly over the North Pole. Something that people often forget is that whenever you are trying to find true north, you are actually trying to find the direction of the North Pole from wherever you are – even if you are only heading a few hundred metres on a gentle walk – ‘north’ is still just an abbreviation for ‘towards the North Pole’.
The constellation, Cassiopeia, is also very helpful in finding the North Star as it will always be on the opposite side of the North Star from the Plough and therefore often high in the sky, when the Plough is low or obscured.
Name
Having found the North Star, there is something about its height above the horizon that is well worth knowing. Wherever you are in the northern hemisphere, the North Star will be the same angle above the horizon as your latitude. This can be measured accurately using a sextant, but an estimate can be made using an outstretched fist. We are all different shapes and sizes, but we share proportions. An outstretched fist makes an angle of close to 10 degrees for most people. In an under a minute and with just your bare hands you can now find north and estimate your latitude.
The constellation, Orion, rises in the east and sets in the west. Orion’s belt, the only three bright stars that form a short straight line in the whole night sky rise very close to due east and set very close to due west. If you want to be really accurate then the first star in the belt to rise and set, called Mintaka, will always rise and set within one degree of true east and west wherever you are in the world.

Hyperloop- whenever you arrive

Elon Musk has made his name on big ideas, whether it's space tourism or the electric car — but his latest project, mysteriously dubbed the Hyperloop, may be more revolutionary than anything he's done. It started with a simple promise: the ability to travel from Los Angeles to San Francisco in half an hour. As time went on, Musk added more. It would be low-friction, and use such minimal power that the entire thing could be run on electricity from solar panels installed above the tracks. It would use small pods, leaving "whenever you arrive" instead of cleaving to a schedule like an airliner. He's promised to unveil his alpha design for the project in just under a month's time, but already, observers are speculating on exactly how this next-generation transportation scheme would work.

Supernavigation

With Elon Musk announcing Hyperloop's aplha testing on 12 Aug 2013, super navigation seems to be atleast a possibility.

How will it work? Well, we don’t really know yet because the plans haven’t been released--and the Hyperloop is coming with the usual new technology suspenseful drama that Elon Musk loves--but everyone’s guessing at the basics. We do know that the Hyperloop, if realized, will use pods that are 6.6 feet in diameter. Beyond that there has been plenty of speculation that the Hyperloop will be a pneumatic tube system, but Musk has debunked this in his numerous twitter revelations. Or, a warp-speed train that will use electric magnets to propel capsules through tubes.
According to physics professor Phil Kesten, of Santa Clara University, interviewed by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, Musk’s Hyperloop would have to move at an average speed of 764 miles per hour in order to make it from LA to San Francisco in the allotted time—a speed he suggests wouldn’t be very comfortable for the passengers
